2025 Landcarers Conference - Gold Coast

What can we say What an incredible four days Thank you to the 650 delegates, speakers, sponsors, and volunteers who joined us for the 2025 National Landcare Conference on the Gold Coast.

For us BAMA we were inspired by the incredible passion and care for Country that people from all walks of life had for our BIG Australia. It's uplifting to see so many people come together for our environment and a more sustainable future – including First Nations people, Next Gen, farmers, bush carers, land carers, scientists, and more.

We were welcomed by the traditional owners of the country we were meeting on. Along with Andrew Williams , a Biosecurity Queensland Ambassador, We had a yarn up with a packed house. We let people know that our Cape York people are just as keen to be involved in Land are as the rest of Australia. It is more important to to those of us who are blessed to call this part of our country home.
