We are very grateful to all of our Indigenous staff and our volunteers who made the remarkable Achievement.
We have been doing some private weed control work for various mob throughout the Cape. We had a busy week at the start of July where we attended a Cape York Natural Resource Management Water Quality Improvement Workshop in Gungarde (Cooktown). We also attended a traditional owner workshop toe provide our input into the Federal Government’s Traditional Owner workshops to inform the Reef 2050 Water Quality Improvement Plan (WQIP) and the Reef 2050 Long-term Sustainability Plan
We are continuing to organise our DPI producer tour where our producers will be heading to Townsville to have a look at the latest technology and research which is available. Hopefully we can learn and share our gained knowledge with our other producers throughout our Cape York area.
